Yoga has grown and evolved beautifully in unconventional spaces over the last few decades and our teaching team reflects a diversity of styles and approaches which pay homage to the traditional Indian roots. The practice of yoga is one of the most beneficial tools for conditioning both the body and mind.
We offer both private and group classes to suit the different needs and levels of the students we encounter. From fluid Vinyasa practices inspired by the traditions of Mysore, to the zen practices of Yin and Restorative Yoga we aim to provide a safe and comfortable space for clients to connect, breathe, meditate, relax and explore.
